 Sh. V. Venkata Ramana completed his B.Com from Andhra University, MA in English from Nagarjuna University and PGDDE (Post Graduate Diploma in Distance Education) from IGNOU, Prabodh, Praveena and Pragya in Hindi from Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Official Language, New Delhi and pursuing MADE.  Initially, he joined at IGNOU Headquarters, New Delhi at School of Sciences where he was involved in the preparation of Camera Ready Copy (CRC) of Life Sciences Study Material and subsequently, he got transferred from IGNOU Headquarters, New Delhi to IGNOU Regional Centre, Koraput (Odisha) where he carried out his responsibilities of looking after Student Support Services (SSS) apart from activities of Regional Directors’ Secretariat and had been there till he was transferred. Later on, he was transferred to IGNOU Regional Centre, Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh) from IGNOU Regional Centre, Koraput (Odisha). Currently, he is working at IGNOU Regional Centre, Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh).At present, he is looking after all the activities pertaining to Regional Director’s secretariat apart from Student Support Services (SSS).He feels it extreme pleasure in solving the students’ grievances by intermingling with the students’ community.
